He picked up the phrase immediately and now his favorite past time is to get out and Bio Oscar is somewhat of a "rescue" bird. After 14 years his previous owners felt he was too noisy. Fortunately instead of selling him to the highest bidder they chose to give him to someone who was familiar with parrots and would give him a good home.
